Minimum Rental Policy

Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards and reservations are processed online via your choice of AirBnB.com or VRBO.com
Cancellation Policy
• 100% Refund – if cancelled within 14 days prior to check-in
• 50% Refund – if cancelled within 7 days prior to check-in
• No Refund – if cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in
Early Departure
Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to forfeiture of your payment.
Check-in/Check-out
• Check in time is 4:00 pm, or by arrangement.
• Check out time is 11:00 am, or by arrangement.
Smoking Policy
Fern Gullies Vacation Home is a smoke free facility.
There is no smoking permitted inside the house what-so-ever. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside. There will be a $150 cleaning fee added to your credit card for those who do not adhere to this policy.
Telecommunications Policy
Fern Gullies Vacation Home does not have a landline within the house. Please keep this in mind when booking to bring along your cell phones. We do have Complementary High Speed WIFI available.
